I had a wonderful experience with the customer service here! The staff was very friendly, attentive, and made sure I was completely comfortable throughout the process. They truly listened to what I wanted and gave me a new hairstyle that I absolutely love. The service was professional, quick, and beyond my expectations. I have been a loyal customer of ravita since my early 20s ( now im 30), ravita is so light handed when she is waxing, I dont feel any pain! I also get regular massages done from her & brought my mum here for a deep tissue massage last month, who said ravita done an amazing job & is very intelligent in her knowledge of massages 💆🏼‍♀️. I recommend ravita to everyone, she has a beautiful personality & makes me feel so uplifted, positive and confident after my salon visit ❤️
